Casa Utspan is neither an old nor a new house
Casa Utspan was built as a vacation house in the 80s and recently remodelled.
With 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, the house accommodates up to 6 adults or 7 guests if children are included but remains equally inviting for smaller groups of 2, 3, or 4...
Casa Utspan is spread over two levels. The ground floor includes a kitchen, an open living and dining area, and one guest room with a bathroom. The two main bedrooms are located upstairs.
Nestled on a 6,000 m² property, you'll be surrounded by old carob and olive trees. There’s plenty of outdoor space to relax on one of the surrounding terraces.
The side terrace features a built-in pizza oven and BBQ, while the other side offers a covered area perfect for yoga.
The pool area is easily accessible via a short stone pathway, and further down the property, you'll discover a concrete skate bowl and basketball area.

For up to 3 people.
Two single beds (90 cm) which can also be put together.
One daybed which can be pulled out for sleeping (100 cm). We recommend this option for a child because the mattress is thinner than normal.

Bedroom 3 downstairs
For 2 people.
One queen size pull out sofa (160 cm).
If there are less than 4 or 5 guests in the house this room is used as a second living room with sofa and small work space.

Fully equipped kitchen with handmade ceramic dinnerware.
Sofa-bench next to fire place.
